Welcome! Asking for help and finding a therapist is not an easy process and I am so glad you’re here. 

You may be feeling like your thoughts, experiences, and emotions are too much or too painful and you deserve a nonjudgmental space to be heard. You may also feel like your relationships, school/work, sense of self, and home life are being negatively impacted by how you feel inside and you want to get to the root of why you're feeling the way you do. So, if the ways in which you've learned to keep yourself safe and connected so far aren't working as well as they used to, let's talk about it.

If you have had painful or confusing experiences in your formative years, difficulties with boundaries, feelings of guilt/shame, anxiety, trauma, or grief/loss I would be honored to work with you. I utilize a variety of modalities rooted in non-pathologizing, trauma-informed care to help you make sense of your experiences and emotions in a way that promotes healing. Ultimately, my goal is to earn your trust and build a strong therapeutic relationship where you feel free to show up as authentically as possible.

Outside of my role as your therapist I enjoy cozying up with a good book, trying new restaurants, watching live music, traveling, spending time with my friends/family, or walking my two dogs.
