Welcome! I’m so glad you are here! As a therapist, my goal is to honor your unique experiences, identities, and perspectives as we work together toward your individual goals. Many people seek out therapy in times of great struggle, pain, and uncertainty. I strongly believe that we shouldn’t have to walk through that pain alone; as people, we do better when we are connected and empathically supported in our struggles. I work with people from a client-centered perspective where your goals and ambitions about who you want to be and what you want your life to look like are the focus of our time together. At the core of my therapeutic process, I provide compassion, empathy, and curiosity so each of my clients feel seen, heard, and safe enough to make the changes they want to see in their life.

My therapeutic style is to integrate a few different modalities and tailor therapeutic strategies to what works best for you. I most commonly incorporate acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and some cognitive therapy strategies. I also work from an attachment and strengths-based lens.

I currently work with adults ages 18 and older. My areas of clinical interest include (but are not limited to) anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-esteem and self-image, life transitions, young adulthood transitions, and women’s issues. I’m an LGBTQIA+ ally and I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

In my spare time, you might find me rock climbing, reading, playing cozy video games, or spending time with my loved ones (pets included!) I always have a song in my heart and would love to hear about the music that moves you.

Grace is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) licensed in the state of Minnesota. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Social Work from Carthage College and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
